General Meeting Guidelines Reminder
UnFranchise Business Presentations – Professional Presentations Attitude, Belief, & Commitment - Work Smarter, Not Harder
- People succeed when they attend the public meeting system. Book the next meeting with your guest before the presentation even starts.
- Have your guests bring guests with them.
- The public meeting system is the final step - believability.
- Attendance with or without a guest is a must! Tell your business partners if you are bringing a guest.
- Business attire. Dress professionally! No jeans, shorts, hats or t-shirts
- Arrive early - sign up. Meetings are getting very crowded.
- Introduce your guests to others. Especially people with the same background.
- Seat guests up front. They first two rows are the million dollar seats!
- No children at UnFranchise Business Presentations.
- Don't get up for any reason.
- BE ALERT!! Look INTERESTED!! Be EXCITED!! No matter how many times you've the presentation, the success of the meeting is up to you!! Help the speaker be their best!
- No talking, whispering, texting, reading, sleeping, knitting, etc. for obvious reasons! Turn all cell phones to silent or off. Absolutely no texting during the presentation!
- Hold all questions until after the meeting and don't ever correct the speaker.
No smoking or alcohol- not even in the hall outside the door.
- ALL CHALLENGES STAY AT HOME!! All talk stays positive and that includes conversations after the meeting has ended.
- Give the speaker breathing space before he or she has to do the presentation.
- Stay seated when speaker closes! This is when your meeting with your guest starts.
- Remember that the speaker is also building a business and must work with his/her people, as well as other guests, after the meeting.
- Have follow up packs for your guests. The meeting is a success if you book another appointment.
